CONTENT
Please limit your email to one combined letter of content featuring all aspects of the service or product you are in need of. Standard electronic delivery of services is 5-7 business days for art work and 7-10 business days for websites after payment AND correspondence from client is received. DELIVERY OF PRODUCT Delivery for screen printing or embroidery is 7-10 business days. No refund or exchange on services after product is emailed or delivered. PAYMENT TERMS Cash, Bank Wire, Paypal or Money Order are all acceptable forms of payment. Checks are not accepted. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS 75% of balance for screen printing, websites and embroidery work must be paid upfront before service can be rendered. There are no refunds on deposits. Balance for art work and design must be paid 50% in full before service is rendered. ART WORK APPROVAL It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct and all content is error free from typo's and missing information. Customer will be allowed two revisions for artwork approval and website revisions. Any additional revisions necessary will be assessed a $25 revision fee |
